Michael Holman committed his life to Jesus as a young boy, and he was filled with the Holy Spirit the night before his 13th birthday at Lake Maurer Youth Camp. In 2011, he had a Damascus Road type of encounter with Jesus that radically transformed his life and ministry.

Michael is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God. He has served the local church since 1994 as a lead pastor, youth pastor, worship pastor, evangelist, and traveling musician.

Michael is married to the love of his life, Laura, and they have three children: Grant, Alec, and Alaina. They live in Kansas City.

Together, they founded 5:17 Ministries in August 2017.  It is their prayer that they may be used by God to share the message of the Gospel of revelation, transformation, and restoration, wherever the Lord opens the door through the Word and song.
